Our Story
Yankee’s American Burger Bar started as a vision to bring authentic American burger flavors right to Adelaide CBD with a stubborn idea: burgers don’t need to be complicated, they need to be right. No shortcuts on the patty, no skimping on the sauce, and a room that feels like Friday night no matter what day it is.
What started back in 2000 in the heart of Adelaide has since expanded across South Australia, into Melbourne and up to the Gold Coast — same recipe, same neon, same crowd of regulars who show up for more than just the food.
First store opens its doors in Adelaide CBD, introducing authentic American burger flavors.
